On paper, you KNOW how to lose weight.
Eat healthy, hit your protein, do your cardio, get your steps in.
You have the plan.
So when you don’t follow it perfectly, it’s frustrating af.
Sound familiar?

If you’ve landed here, you’re probably a high-achieving corporate girly who wants a body you feel hot in – without feeling like weight loss has taken over your life outside of work.
You bring the same hustle-culture, lock-in energy to your health that you bring to your job.
And yet… you still don’t like what you see in the mirror.
You find yourself re-locking in more often than you’d like to admit.
Each time something goes wrong, you tell yourself you’ll just try harder next week, find more willpower, or find a better plan.
Extreme feels safe.
The middle ground feels dangerous because you’re wired for high effort and restriction.
But your lack of effort isn’t why you’re stuck.
Let me show you what’s actually going on…
First: Your plan is probably the same generic strategy every fitness influencer is pushing.
Track macros, hit 10k steps, cut the junk, eat less, move more… none of which was built for YOU – the girl who sits at a desk for 8+ hours, commutes, comes home with a fried brain, and still wants a social life on weekends.
Second: Following a perfect plan isn’t enough on its own. The behaviors and thought patterns keeping you stuck matter just as much.
And if we don’t address those, the cycle just keeps repeating.
So inside 1:1, we don’t just build the right plan that fits your 9-5 – we also work through the all-or-nothing thinking that makes you want to restart the second things aren’t perfect.
Because if you want lasting weight loss, you need a strategy that still works when you've had a bad day, missed a workout, and your best self is nowhere to be found.

Here’s how 1:1 coaching works:
In 12 weeks, you’ll lose 15+ lbs with a sustainable routine built for corporate life – so you can stop restarting every Monday and finally feel hot, confident, and consistent.
No macro tracking. No diet mode.
Week 1, we audit your current routine and patterns. This is where we see what’s working, what’s not, and where everything tends to fall apart.
Then we build your customized plan and implement it together – at a pace you can actually maintain long-term.

What’s included:
🍫Simple nutrition strategy: Stay on track without cutting out foods you love, scanning barcodes, or following a strict diet
📸 Food journals + weekly nutrition audits: Share photos instead of tracking macros so I can coach you on what you’re actually eating
👟Custom 45-min workouts 3-4x per week: Tracked in my app and designed for the corporate girl – yes, your tight hips, tired back, and packed schedule are accounted for
📝 Personalized 1-hour meal prep routine + Sunday reset: Built around your schedule so your week has a foundation and decision fatigue around meals disappears
📱 Training app + M-F messaging access: Workouts, habit tracking, and check-ins all in one place
💻 Backup routines for when life happens: Because your weeks won’t always go as planned, and that’s okay – we’ll have a plan for that too
🗓️ Weekly check-ins + optional monthly 1:1 calls: Quick weekly form, personalized feedback, and zero judgment – we figure out what’s in the way and work through it together
Investment: $295/month with a 3-month commitment, or pay in full for $785 (save $100)
this was literally made you if...
👉🏼 You KNOW what to do to lose weight, but keeping up with it while working a 9-5 feels impossible
👉🏼 Every time you can’t follow the plan perfectly, you feel frustrated, guilty, and ready to restart
👉🏼 You keep researching new plans and routines because having the “perfect plan” feels safer than trusting yourself in the balanced middle ground
👉🏼You feel mentally consumed by weight loss but aren’t seeing enough results to justify how much space it’s taking up
👉🏼 You want to lose weight and still order the margarita, have carbs on date night, and do girls’ dinner without guilt

What clients are saying:
I feel like I have the tools and confidence to continue the journey but having your help and support has made this feel like a true lifestyle change and not just a “quick fix” or “diet.”

I've been really enjoying this process! Helps me be on track and allows to me enjoy all types of food. I have a better mindset with food and how to balance it accordingly which is amazing. My energy is definitely up there now and I don't have mid day crashes.

I feel myself gravitating towards clothes I've always wanted to wear but maybe been scared to, like this past weekend when I went out I wore jeans and a cropped longsleeve and felt great and I feel like I'm leaning more towards my own personal style.

The professional rollercoaster I've been on has kept me pretty stressed. I'm proud of my progress! I would've resorted to food as a coping mechanism in the past, but I didn't this time.

Hiiiii, I’m Diana ✨
When I started my corporate job, I just wanted to lose 10 lbs. I hired a trainer, meal prepped, made the healthy dinners, avoided the “bad” foods. Fast forward 3 years – I’d gained 20 lbs.
I was working out 4-5x a week. I was trying. I brought that same high-performer energy to my weight loss… and it completely backfired.
I was exhausted, hungry, and so frustrated that my body wasn’t reflecting how hard I was trying. I diet-hopped, added more cardio, attempted macro tracking (for like 2 days lol), and started wondering if something was just wrong with me.
I’d lock in all week, tell myself I could have “one bad thing” on the weekend, spiral into “well I already had one, what’s another,” and wake up Monday telling myself THIS week was the week.
Eventually, I’d had enough.
I realized I was trying to force a strategy that wasn’t built for my life and built my own – one that worked *with* my 9-5, my low energy after work, my overstimulated brain, and removed as much decision fatigue as possible.
I lost the 20 lbs I’d gained… and then another 20 – while still having my daily dark chocolate, going on date nights, and not spending my whole Sunday meal prepping.
And because I love to cook, you best believe none of this happened because I ate gross diet food. 😌
